Write to us. A person answers.

There is one email address, no phone queue and no ticket system. Here's where each kind of question goes — and what to put in your message so we can get straight to work on it.

Where it goes

Four routes, depending on what you need.

You'd like a new website.

Then we don't start with a meeting, we start with a design. Tell us about your business in a few sentences, we'll design a real homepage from it and show it to you on a private link. Free and without obligation.

You're a customer and something isn't right.

Write to us directly. If your website is unreachable, please put that in the subject line — then it's clear what's going on the moment the email is opened.

The customer area also lets you check for yourself whether your site is reachable, when it last changed, and when the last backup ran.

You just have a question.

There's no form for that either. Ask in one sentence — whether we do online shops too, roughly what it costs, whether moving is worth it. You'll get an answer, not a sales sequence.

Invoicing, press or legal.

The registered name, address, VAT identification number and the responsible person are all in the imprint. For anything contractual, write to the same address.

Before you write

What helps when you write to us.

These are the same things the preview form asks for, just in your own words. Four of them are enough; we'll sort out the rest in our reply.

  1. What your business is called and what you do.

Two or three sentences is plenty. Who comes to you and what people should find is worth more than any list of requirements.

  2. Your current website, if you have one.

Even an old one helps. It shows us what should stay and what gets better.

  3. How to reach you.

Your name, and the address you'll read the reply on. A phone number only if you'd rather we called.

  4. What's on your mind.

Deadlines, worries, a particular idea — put it in. Otherwise we'll only have to ask.

If you'd rather have fields than an empty email window: the free preview request asks exactly these four questions, one after the other.

What happens next

What you can expect.

A reply within one working day.
That's the commitment, not the average. If an answer takes longer for once, we'll tell you rather than leave you waiting.
No phone queue, no ticket system.
No hotline, no ticket number, no rotating account managers. Your message lands in an inbox one person reads — the same person who looks after your website.
What happens to your message.
We use what you write only to reply to you. We don't pass it on and we don't add you to a mailing list. This page loads nothing from third parties and sets no cookies, so nothing here is measuring you either. More in the privacy notice.

The easiest start is a design.
